На протяжении долгого времени на границе между Беларусью и Польшей находится группа мигрантов, среди которых езиды. Мигранты находятся в большой опасности, рискуя умереть от холода. Среди них также есть дети.
Общероссийская общественная организация «Езидский конгресс» призывает компетентные органы Республики Беларусь и Республики Польша прийти к конструктивным мерам и не пренебрегать соблюдением прав человека. Как известно, права человека — это те права, которые принадлежат всем людям без исключения. Данные права не приобретаются людьми на том основании, что они являются гражданами, трудящимися или на основании какого-либо иного положения, об этом свидетельствует Всеобщая декларация прав человека.
Необходимо отметить, что наряду с вышеупомянутой декларацией также нарушается Конвенция о правах ребенка, поскольку дети на границе лишены приемлемых для выживания условий. В связи с этим «Езидский конгресс» призывает Европейский союз, Генеральную Ассамблею ООН, а также Совет по правам человека ООН исключить грубое нарушение общепризнанных норм международного права.

For a long time there has been a group of migrants including Yezidis on the border between Belarus and Poland. Migrants are at risk of dying from the cold. There are also children among them. The All-Russian public organization «Yezidi Congress» calls on the competent authorities of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Poland to come to constructive measures and not neglect the observance of human rights. As is known that human rights are those rights that belong to all people without exception. These rights are not acquired by people on the grounds that they are citizens, workers or on the basis of any other provision, it is evidenced by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
It should be pointed out that in addition to the declaration the Convention on the Rights of the Child is also violated since children at the border are deprived of conditions acceptable for survival. In conclusion, the «Yezidi Congress» calls on the European Union(Council of the European Union), the UN General Assembly, as well as the UN Human Rights Council(UN Human Rights Council) to exclude a gross violation of universally recognized norms of international law.
